The aim of the Cadet Program is to develop in youth the attributes of good citizenship and leadership, promote physical fitness, and stimulate the interest of youth in the air activities of the Canadian Armed Forces .

Our Mission
The mission of the Air Cadet program is to contribute to the development and preparation of youth for the transition to adulthood, enabling them to meet the challenges of modern society through a dynamic, community-based program .
Through our partnership with the Canadian Armed Forces and local communities, we provide youth aged 12-18 with opportunities to participate in challenging activities involving aviation, leadership training, citizenship development, and physical fitness. Our cadets graduate feeling confident and equipped with skillsets that will last them a lifetime .

The Air Cadet League of Canada envisions the Royal Canadian Air Cadets as Canada's premier and a world-class youth development movement .
